according to this list, people in the world should know more danish, be healthier, have more money, live in a decluttered home, have a chunk of a book written, feel better after drinking more water, gotten in an exercise routine and spent more time with their loves ones. hot dang. we all pretty much rock.

now you have two options:

a) go back to your old routines and habits after you just spent 50 days bettering yourself

b) embrace the new actions and behaviors you’ve created for yourself and continue being a better you!

b.5) <<are you allowed to do that? depending on what your goal was, maybe release the reigns a little but still keep up with your new habits!

i’m doing b.5 and sticking with continuing to eat healthy BUT have a few treats along the way…like a s’more for breakfast this morning!!! my dad caught onto my hints of wanting a s’more as my first treat so he hooked me up this morning. i also wouldn’t recommend eating eggs with it-that was weird.

chelsea avery smore the new wifestyle

during my last 50 days, i’ve noticed that my craving for sugar has decreased signficiantly and when i do crave it…peanut butter and honey really does the trick for me (which is much healthier than a cookie the size of my face). in terms of my book, this challenge has helped me overcome a lot of the anxiety i had about simply sitting and writing. those 3 sentences a day showed me that it’s a lot easier than i often make it out to be in my head.

and my husband’s big time 50 day challenge is happening TOMORROW:

we are in colorado because my husband is attempting to break the world record for the largest book signing in history TOMORROW! we need your support and cannot accomplish this without you so pre-register now so we can send you the link to order tomorrow or come to the CSU bookstore!

reminder that ALL profits from this event go to support CSU scholarships for first generation students. you will also receive a signed book AND you’re name gets published my ravery’s next book!

anywho…back to the 50 day challenge…we did it and now i want to know what you got from it, what you learned about yourself, did you hate it, love it, etc.

i also want to take a moment and again say how impressed i am with how much many of you pushed yourselves so thank you for participating and keep it up! it was tough…but hopefully you’ve found that it’s worth it!

questions:
1) remind us of your 50 day challenge and WHY you chose it?
2) hardest part?
3) best part?
4) would you do it again and what would you do different?

    That was FUN!!
Can we do it again, huh? Can we….? Let’s schedule Another Challenge and invite Others to join us. – together, one challenge at a time, we could…. (Do the same thing we do every day, Pinky… Take over the World! – for the good of all, of course 🙂 )

    1) Intention?: Increase ongoing Revenue Stream by $5,000 – DONE!
    2) hardest part?: There was no hardest part (I decided it would be FUN!, and it was – celebrate the tiniest victory and IGNORE the rest says I!.)
    3) best part? Being amazed at the way it all came together so naturally ‘in the flow’ AND seeing others making lovingly support each other as they made Great Progress – Go, Go, GO! everyone!
    4) would you do it again and what would you do different?: Heck Yes, right NOW! It might be FUN to live from one Challenge period to the next (especially with a mutually supportive community to share the FUN with and support along the way) In fact, I just started a 30 Day Challenge with some of my new Real Estate friends – that is going to be a Nice stretch and a lot of FUN. AND I have two new challenges in mind that will serve my Two Favorite clients (AHA! Challenges to serve others may be among the Best!) Do different? Hmmmmm…. Facing the daily measurement square in the eye. When I lost 40# in 12 weeks, I looked at the scale EVERY morning (hey, it was just a data point – no emotion involved except the occasional ‘Yahooo!’). Staring at the key metric EVERY morning (and celebrating any little progress) kept the objective in mind and really helped me stay on track EVERY day. I might do some more of that.

    >Seek true inspiration – for objectives and Action.
    >Follow your heart, move toward the objectives that move you
    >Act Boldly, Swiftly, and Fearlessly when Inspired Action reveals itself
    >Love and support Everyone along the way
