Motivating a Motivational Speaker!

By  |  4 Comments

as you may know…i am married to a motivation speaker, Ryan Avery. now, he doesn’t necessary market himself as a motivational speaker-more of a trainer but if you’ve ever met the guy or heard him speak-he’s going to move and you may find yourself inspired to not only dream bigger things but also take action. it’s just in his nature.

he gave a workshop last night in Miami and a quote from an audience member was “thanks for the rockin’ the 305!” (i told him he cannot go by that because Pitbull has already claimed that name). he motivates me to set goals, builds my confidence and pushes me to exceed my own expectation-perks of being married to a motivational guy!
motivational speaker ryan avery and grouphowever…sometimes the motivation speaker needs some motivating of his own from his lovely wife and coach. i am pleased to say that this morning, i motivated the motivational speaker to get up and workout! i think i may get double life points for this, possibly?

we only had 30 minutes but both of us got our heart rate up, dripped some sweat and made the woman in the photo behind us roll her eyes. i’m not sure about you, but i’m feeling preeetty accomplished this morning.

motivation speaker ryan averypoint being, no one (not evenย the most motivational and driven person i know) can stay motivated completely on their own. find someone to push you, hold you accountable and get your butt out of bed to do positive things with your life today.

decide what you are going to do with your attitude, if you want to be in control of your what your life looks like and KICK SOME BOOTY! (obviously i still have endorphins

coursing through my ripped arms). remember this truck i saw in Portland if you’ve been reading for a while? well it still applies today.

the new wifestyle: it doesn’t necessarily have to be your significant other that always motivates you, but you do need someone to hold you accountable.

questions:
1) where do you find your motivation?
2) who holds you accountable?
3) tell us one thing you plan on accomplishing before the day is done.
