Exciting News, Somewhat Embarrassing News and More Excitement!

By  |  22 Comments

over happy hour with a friend a few weeks ago, she said, “chelsea! you need to do more vlogging, i love it.” so kim…your wish is my command.

in this 5:40 video, i shall reveal to you some super exciting news about a goal i’m going after! i will then share my temporary defeat followed by some inspirational words. keep an eye on my right eyebrow because apparently it sits atop a strong and expressive muscle.

youtube link just in case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTc7vt4M9Vo

if you can’t watch the video right now, i will say this to you…get a new job! just kidding. stay gainfully employed unless you hate it, then find something that makes you happy and where you can watch videos.

setbacks and rejections appear to be a part of success. we must not fear them but embrace them for at least this means we are taking action.

if you have an idea in the back of your mind (or in the forefront of it) GO FOR IT. do it. you matter. we matter. we got this! i can also really use your help with what you might like to see in this book!

Congratulations on the news! The fact that there was personalized feedback in the email you received is HUGE! You skipped the “form-letter response” and “form-letter response with small personalized comment” and went straight to “personalized response”! Even better-news is on the way, soon, I’m absolutely sure!

Your friend is right — You DO need to do more vlogging because you’re amazing at it. Good thing I’m hosting the Golden Vlog now so you can join me every month. I expect to see you join more often, Chelsea!

But yay book! It’ll be amazing. Can I help in any way? But for real, I’ll totally support you on this. And I love anything involving words. Tell me what you need.

Wow!!!! What an amazing message. This is exactly what I needed to hear today. “Rejection is a part of success”. As a businesswoman rejection is a paralyzing fear of mine. Thank you for being courageous enough to share your rejection and ambitions. Look at it this way, one rejection less in the rejection basket of your life. I love you freaky girl…

OMG! I’m so excited about this news! I’m sorry about your rejection letter, because I know that must have hurt to read that. But don’t dwell on it! It’s so rare for someone to write their first book without getting a rejection letter. Whenever it comes out, I’m definitely going to buy it 🙂
